Sugar....Oh Honey Honey

I stole this post from my friend Amanda's Blog....I think it's a great visual aid for sugar intake!!! Defiantly a eye opener!!!!

4.2 grams = 1 teaspoon of sugar = 1 sugar cube (in the images)

Rethinking that regular soda....Starbucks....milkshake....candybar..... I'm not trying to be a "Debbie downer"....everything in moderation!!!!
